We’re hiring a talented 2D animator/instructor to join our team and help lead software demonstrations and training workshops for professional animators (primarily from anime studios). This is a hybrid role that blends drawing skills, teaching ability, and a passion for empowering the anime industry with better creative tools.

About the Role
This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to stay connected to the art of animation while also teaching and representing next-generation AI software giving creators new capabilities and faster, less painful ways of realizing their vision . You’ll be leading live software demonstrations, running hands-on training workshops, and creating animation content for marketing and QA purposes.
We are a B2B tech company working closely with many of the top anime studios in Japan. Our customers include some of the most respected professionals and production houses in the industry. This position will put you in direct contact with major players across the anime world, from frontline animators to studio executives.

Key Responsibilities
Live Demonstrations
Deliver engaging, real-time demos of our animation software to studio clients and professionals, either on-site or online. We primarily give these demonstrations from our offices in Nakameguro, less than 10 minutes from the Nakameguro station.Workshops & Training
Lead structured, hands-on training sessions, teaching our customers (professional animators) how to use our tools in their production workflows.Quality Assurance (QA)
Test pre-release versions of our tools, identify bugs, and provide structured feedback to help us improve before launch.In-House Animation Work
Create original frame-by-frame animations for internal use: promotional content, sales decks, tutorials, and brand campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong drawing ability with confidence in 2D frame-by-frame animation
Familiarity with the Japanese anime production pipeline (professional experience preferred, but not required)
Experience with Clip Studio Paint or other digital drawing tools
Native or fluent Japanese required
We welcome illustrators and mangaka to apply

Teaching, workshop facilitation, or public speaking experience
Business-level to conversational English
Comfort with presenting and explaining creative tools in front of groups
A natural instinct for customer engagement or sales is a big plus
